Halloween fun for the whole family! Walk thru our indoor, kid friendly maze and see friendly ghosts, skeletons and more. Each child will receive a bag of trick-or-treat candy! Plus, see our new Halloween mini scenes and a Halloween themed train display! Don’t worry about the weather it’s all indoors!

Tricks And Treats Fall Fest

Saturdays and Sundays through October 29 | Kings Island

Make no bones about it, Kings Island’s Tricks And Treats Fall Fest presented by Hershey and Kroger is Cincinnati’s favorite event for family-friendly Halloween activities and fall fun. Join us at this one-of-a-kind fall festival to make special memories and enjoy the spooky season. Everyone in the family will have a great time with amazing food, activities, live entertainment, more than a dozen trick-or-treat stops, costume contests, crafts, games, seasonal merchandise and so much more. All of the park’s rides and attractions are open during the fall event (except for water attractions), which adds to the fun for guests of all ages.

Tricks And Treats Fall Fest at Kings Island

Heritage Village’s Haunted Village

October 13- 14, 20- 21, 28- 29 | 6-10 pm | Heritage Village Museum

Heritage Village Museum will transform into a Haunted Village for a family-friendly, slight-fright event. Our 19th century village inside Sharon Woods is the perfect setting for a spooky October evening! Explore the village meeting ghosts, witches, a fortune teller, a monster, and a cursed archaeologist along the way. Walk through the spooky cemetery and haunted woods. Enjoy balloon art, games, a creepy critter zoo, and more! Halloween costumes are encouraged for kids and adults and add to the family-friendly fun. The concession stand will be open. Admission $10.

HallZOOween

October 14-15, 21-22 & 28-29 | Cincinnati Zoo

HallZOOween is FREE with Zoo Admission! Guests will be treated to a day of fun at the Cincinnati Zoo! Help the Zoo go green, please bring your own treat bag! Trick or Treat Stations, Special Animal Enrichment, Phil Dalton’s Theater of Illusion Shows at 1pm & 3pm, Hogwarts Express Train Ride (Additional charge applies), Scare-ousel (additional charge applies), Kids are encouraged to wear a costume during HallZOOween, but it is not required.

Curbside Trick or Treat: Newport

Looking for an activity to do with your kids before Halloween? Trick or treat from your car to different stations in our parking lot to get candy and prizes. This trick or treat event is for children and teens of all ages. Children need to be with you in order to receive the giveaways. Library staff will be dressed up as our favorite characters and creatures.

If you don’t drive, it’s okay to walk, just be mindful of both traffic and social distancing.
Curbside Trick or Treat will be offered on the same date and time at our Cold Spring, Fort Thomas and Newport branches. Giveaways available while supplies last.

Sharon Woods Trunk or Treat

October 17 | 5 – 7 pm | Sharon Woods

This year the city of Sharonville is excited to announce a partnership with Great Parks of Hamilton County to co-host Trunk or Treat at Sharon Woods. Put on your best costume, there’s no registration needed this year, and have a spooky good time as you trick or treat along the trail.

Downtown Lebanon Trick-or Treat

October 28 | 1pm | Downtown Lebanon

Join the chamber of commerce in Downtown Lebanon for Merchant’s Trick or Treat. Look for the signs in the windows of participating merchants.

Boo Fest at the YMCA

Join the YMCA of Greater Cincinnati’s 9 family branches for this free family event. Costumes are encouraged. Get ready to spend quality family time doing activities, dancing, and visiting all stations. The events are open to the community so we encourage our members to invite friends to join them!
